There is no need to wait for the annual turkey trot to cross the finish line this month.
In Fairbanks, spend Thursday evenings taking part in the Hoodoo Goldstream Beer Run. Information on this and other running events in the Interior can be found here. On Saturday, Nov. 4, Maddy’s Run in Eagle River will honor the life of Maddy Brandi, who fought against cancer for two years. The event is appropriate for all ages. In Juneau, the Veteran’s Day 8K Run will benefit the VFW Taku Post 5559.
