Visit Girdwood for Alyeska Resort’s 41st Annual Spring Carnival and Slush Cup, marking winter’s end with a series of competitions, concerts and more April 13-15.
Friday night, the festivities kick off with a costume contest followed by a concert at the Sitzmark. Then, on Saturday, brave competitors will cross the icy pond in the Idiot Swim. They ski or bike down the mountain with hopes of clearing the 90-foot pond and winning the coveted Slush Cup.
