Every holiday season since 1983, visitors to Alaska’s capital city have enjoyed a festive shopping experience at the Juneau Public Market. Up to 175 vendors from throughout Alaska exhibit crafts and sell a wide variety of items, such as Alaska Native jewelry, outdoor wear, handmade toys and books by local authors.

In addition to offering a jump start on holiday shopping, the market provides a chance to pose for a photo with Santa! Juneau Public Market is held Thanksgiving weekend (Nov. 24-26) at Centennial Hall and the Juneau Arts and Culture Center. For more details, visit www.juneaupublicmarket.com.
