The 907: T&C creates everlasting brother and sisterhood

by

Before there was Thompson & Co., there were two sisters growing up in Homer, trick-or-treating out of an orange Volkswagen Rabbit. Those two sisters are T&C President and CEO Jennifer Thompson and Director of Operations Ariel Amand. Today they work alongside more than 20 others they consider family.

Today, on National Siblings Day, April 10, we celebrate how our agency’s culture fosters its work-family mentality. These are just some of the things that make T&C feel like home:

• Babies are always welcome. #officebaby

• Thursday afternoons are for bonding and reflecting on the week.

• Celebrate everyone’s accomplishments.
