Although we’re split into separate account teams here at Thompson and Company, it really feels more like we are just one big team – thanks to plenty of collaboration, an open office space and technology like Slack and Zoom.
Still, with client meetings, media escorts and video shoots, it’s important for us to set aside time to come together as a large group. Enter, Thursday happy hours.
Each week, different teams bring snacks and drinks to share. We use this weekly time to wrap up the day’s work, brainstorm big ideas and get some much-needed face time with our people.
