Identity Alaska and Full Spectrum Health partnered to launch the first statewide LGBTQ+ Community Health Needs Assessment in Alaska. While it should only take 15 minutes for individuals to complete the assessment, the results can make a lasting impact toward reducing the gap in health-related experiences for the LGBTQ+ community.
The survey responses will inform culturally competent health care and aid in prevention efforts tailored to the unique needs of LGBTQ+ people in Alaska. Please help by taking the confidential survey now.
