Soldotna’s Christmas in the Park

by

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Thanksgiving has passed, and it’s finally acceptable to put up the tree, play Christmas carols on repeat and add peppermint to everything. Soldotna is kicking off the season with its Christmas in the Park celebration on Saturday, Dec. 2.

In addition to enjoying hot cocoa, cookies and Christmas caroling, guests will get to visit with Santa at Soldotna Creek Park as they light the city’s tree. This is a free, family-friendly event. Bundle up the kids up and come out to the park, where festivities begin at 4:30 p.m.
