Third volume of ‘Bake from Scratch’ available March 15

Baker, author and magazine editor Brian Hart Hoffman is releasing the third volume of “Bake from Scratch: Artisan Recipes for the Home Baker” on March 15. The book features over 600 recipes and is currently available for preorder through online retailers, such as the “Bake from Scratch” website.

Already the No. 1 preseller in Amazon’s pastry and bread baking categories, the 400-page book is packed with Hart Hoffman’s sweet and savory favorites.

Chapters are thoughtfully organized into categories, which include layer cakes, bundt cakes, one-layer cakes, quick breads, yeast breads, pies, tarts, pastries, cookies, bars and miscellaneous treats.
