Alaska wild berry fool:
• Whipping cream.
Combine fruit and sugar. Puree half, combine back together. Make whipped cream. Fold pureed fruit into whipped cream, leaving visible streaks. For fun, make a few different combinations of fruit and let your guests swirl their own fool.
