When people think about coffee, they often think of Seattle, but according to Buy Alaska, the human-to-coffee ratio in Anchorage is sometimes higher than Seattle — and Juneau beats Anchorage for most coffee shops per capita.

The beverage industry is a key player in Alaska’s economy with alcohol-free beverages accounting for a $605.4 million economic impact and the beer industry contributing a $332 million economic impact.
