The 907: Reader poll results

The results of our first poll on The Alaska 100 are in – what are some of your favorite ways to spend an Alaska summer? To no surprise, Alaska’s foodie finds scored above the rest. The options:

• Shop till you drop.

• Thrill seeker.

• Foodie finds.

The highest percentage of voters, or 52%, chose foodie finds, followed by thrill seeker with 33%. Lastly, shop till you drop scored 14%.

We certainly don’t blame the voters. From wild-caught salmon and reindeer sausage, to homegrown vegetables and craft beer, Alaska takes the cake!
