Locals and visitors can adventure through Alaska with the Alaska Railroad, offering Railbelt travel all summer long. Consider the newly revised summer 2021 schedule when planning a trip on the rails.
Both the Coastal Classic and Glacier Discovery trains will operate round-trip daily May 29 through Sept. 6. The Denali Star Train will run from May 29 through Sept. 5; northbound on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and southbound on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
The Alaska Railroad has taken extra steps to ensure passenger safety during this upcoming season and all protocols can be found on the Alaska Railroad’s website.
