Zip Kombucha launches Alaska’s first hard kombucha line

Zip Kombucha, an Anchorage favorite, is introducing Alaska’s first hard kombucha line: Black Label Booch. Black Label Booch features six flavors of the alcoholic beverage and is available on tap or canned. In addition to Black Label Booch, Zip is rolling out beers and seltzers.

For owner and head brewer Jessie Janes, it has been a labor of love. With a newly secured brewery license, coupled with a recently renovated tap room, Zip Kombucha has evolved from its humble beginnings of selling growlers out of Janes’ driveway.
