As a true Alaska girl, I’ve sported my XTRATUFs proudly for decades. These boots represent the spirit of the Last Frontier in footwear form – tough, resistant, durable and not just ready for but built for hard work.
During last Friday’s 7.0-magnitude earthquake, I could not help but notice the TUFness of Alaskans that was out in full force. From miraculously experiencing no casualties or serious injuries to rebuilding efforts that are already well underway, the earthquake was horrifying but did feature a silver lining. It reminded us how lucky we are to be Alaskans and to be AlaskaTUF.
