Alaska welcomes Sonic and its famous slushes

The Thompson & Co. Public Relations team is thrilled that Sonic is making its Alaska debut in Wasilla later this year. The drive-thru restaurant, which boasts over 3,500 locations around the world, plans to break ground at Mountain Shopping Center in May and open its doors in September 2019.

Offering 168,000 different drink combinations, Sonic has endless options to try. T&C team members are already talking about their favorites – cherry limeade was voted No. 1. According to MyRecipes.com, some other must-try flavors include strawberry real fruit slush and cherry slush with Jolly Rancher hard candy.
