Each year in March, we celebrate Seward’s Day and Secretary of State William H. Seward’s role in building Alaska’s history.
Today, Anchorage residents have the opportunity to be a part of building Alaska’s future with Habitat for Humanity Anchorage. Through partnerships with local businesses, the nonprofit Christian ministry engages members of the Anchorage community to build houses for qualifying low-income families.
On March 21 at 7:30 a.m., HFHA is hosting Build it! Breakfast, a no-cost event providing information on the HFHA mission and featuring inspiring stories from current and future homeowners. Learn more about HFHA here.
