The 100 Miles in May challenge is here, and it’s more than an engaging fitness challenge – it’s a way to kick-start summer activities, connect with those around you and embrace a healthy lifestyle.
The challenge also serves as a fundraiser for Healthy Futures, a nonprofit that works to promote healthy living among Alaska’s youth.
No sweat for those who think 100 miles in one month is too much to accomplish. Participants can earn various miles by walking their dog, working on a house project or even having a baby.
Are you up for the challenge? Register with a team now.
