Is there a veteran in your life who deserves some special recognition at no cost? If so, encourage them to apply for Last Frontier Honor Flight. The nonprofit takes World War II, Alaska Territorial Guard, Korean and Vietnam veterans as well as terminally ill vets to visit memorials in Washington, D.C.
The April flight was delayed due to COVID-19, but October’s flight is scheduled and veterans can apply now.
Not a veteran but still want to get involved? Volunteer to help Alaska’s heroes as they travel to D.C. this fall. Apply online to help Last Frontier Honor Flight.
