Just because you have an intellectual or physical disability doesn’t mean you can’t get out and play a sport you love. Challenge Alaska is here to help you find a way to do it. For 40 years, this supportive community of volunteers and donors has been committed to bringing adaptive sports and therapeutic recreation opportunities to disabled Alaskans.
It’s best known for its winter sports programs, but Challenge Alaska offers so much more. Activities include adaptive cycling outings, water skiing, hockey, fishing, camping, running, kayaking, inpatient community outings and hiking.
