Contact tracing slows COVID-19 spread

Contact tracing helps keep you, your bubble and fellow Alaskans safe by slowing the spread of COVID-19. Most Alaskans who test positive for COVID-19 will receive a call from contact tracers. Please answer their call.

Contact tracers:

• Identify those who have been exposed through close contact so they can help mitigate further spread.

• Answer questions and provide resources.

• Offer support to high-risk individuals.

But don’t wait for the call! Alaskans who receive a positive test result should immediately notify close contacts so they can quarantine or isolate and get tested. Use this printable sheet to do your own contact tracing.
