The popular Cookery & Oyster Bar in Seward has been sourcing local ingredients and fresh oysters since opening in 2015. Now, Chef Kevin Lane and wife Stacey are opening a second eatery in Seward called The Lone Chicharron.
The first of its kind in Seward, The Lone Chicharron is a pop-up taqueria, a Mexican restaurant specializing in tacos. A permanent dining room is scheduled to open soon.
Specialty tacos gobbled up at pop-up locations so far include brisket, halibut ceviche and chorizo. To indulge in these mouthwatering tacos, follow The Lone Chicharron’s Facebook page for upcoming dates and locations.
