From music to art to nature, July blossoms with activities:
• Music at UAF Georgeson Botanical Garden is held every Thursday through August. July musicians include folk singers, jazz bands and more.
• Explore Creamer’s field on a guided nature walk every Wednesday through Friday from June 5-Aug. 30.
• Join The Fairbanks Children’s Museum and Parks and Rec for bubbles, games and playtime on July 11 and 25.
• Printmaker Linda Wies, whose work is inspired by local trees, flowers and birds, is featured in July’s Weekly Artist Pop-Up. She will be doing printmaking demos and you can try your own hand at the craft.
