Anchorage’s streets will transform on June 29 for the Anchorage Pride Parade. Organized by the Alaskans Together Foundation, the parade will include colorful floats, music and a celebratory spirit for the LGBTQ+ community.
As stated on the Alaskans Together website, “This parade is not just a display of solidarity; it’s a testament to our resilience and diversity, reminding us of the progress we’ve made and the work that still lies ahead. As we gather together, let’s reflect on our achievements, stand strong against any attempts to roll back our rights and continue our journey towards an inclusive and equitable society.”
