GCI joins Special Olympics Alaska in Freezin’ for a Reason

Hundreds of people – including several GCI employees – are in their final stages of fundraising and are steeling themselves to jump into Anchorage’s Goose Lake in support of the 11th Annual Polar Plunge.

GCI is the presenting sponsor of this year’s jump and is featuring Special Olympics Alaska as its monthly nonprofit partner. Each month, GCI shines a spotlight on an Alaska nonprofit organization by featuring it on digital displays in 30 GCI retail stores across Alaska, in social media messaging and partnering for spots on iHeart radio stations.
