Anchorage Chamber Citywide Cleanup begins Friday

It’s time to make a team, pick up those classic orange bags and start cleaning up around town. Together we can keep Anchorage’s sidewalks and parks clean.

Here’s how you can participate in this year’s event:

1. Register your team.
2. Participate in official cleanup events – prizes are available.
3. Pick up orange bags.
4. Dispose of full bags at specified locations for free.
5. Continue your spring cleaning. During the month of May, you can register for a Free Summer Disposal Pass from Solid Waste Services.
