Veterans continue to make Alaska a lasting home, with one out of every 10 residents having served in the U.S. military. To honor these retired men and women, as well as active-duty service members, Nuvision Alaska is picking up lunch this Veterans Day. Retired and activity-duty military are invited to pick up their lunch at American Legion Jack Henry Post from noon-2 p.m. on Nov. 11.
The first 250 veterans and active-duty military members picking up a meal will also receive a $25 gas gift card as a thank you from Nuvision.
