by The 100 Companies

Alaskans are known to be a generous people. Ahead of Giving Tuesday on Nov. 29, make a plan to pay it forward with these four ways you can give back:

1. Help Alaskans impacted by Typhoon Merbok by donating to the Western Alaska Disaster Recovery Fund.

2. Offer to pay off student lunch debt at a local school.

3. Check out Pick.Click.Give to search hundreds of Alaska nonprofits and make a donation.

4. Leave a gift card behind at a grocery store or gas station with a note encouraging the next person to pay it forward.
