by
Tanana Valley State Fair

From Aug. 3-11, 2018, the Tanana Valley State Fair returns to Fairbanks for the 94th year. Every family member will find fun at Alaska’s oldest fair, which features delicious food, livestock and record-breaking agriculture exhibits, in addition to arts and crafts, rides, games and live music on two stages, including an Aug. 9 performance by Little River Band.

The fair is open Monday through Thursday from noon to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, the fair stays open noon until midnight. Children under five don’t need to pay, and specials like family passes and senior discounts are available.
