Here comes Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and Vixen. One of The Alaska 100’s favorite events of the year is right around the corner.
Thousands of people, many adorned in outlandish costumes, will soon brave the elements for the annual Running of the Reindeer, a fan favorite whether you’re running or watching. Check out the Outhouse Races, too. We dare you not to laugh at the spectacle as racers “take care of business.” For a more traditional event, head to the Snow Sculpture Competition to admire the detailed, frozen masterpieces.
