Mental spring cleaning

by The 100 Companies

With spring around the corner, it’s time for spring cleaning – and that includes your personal well being too. While the new year can be exciting, work projects, upcoming events and sometimes, even personal matters can weigh heavily on your mind.

To help yourself prioritize “you,” try doing two self-care actions per day. Here are some ideas:

• Write down one thing you love about yourself

• Identify one thing you’re grateful for

• Journal or meditate

• Take a 10-minute shower

• Do your favorite activity (shopping, exercising, watching Netflix)

• Go for a walk

• Read a book

Whatever you do, make sure it’s for you.
