Winter is in full swing, and there are plenty of activities to take advantage of as we wait for days to grow longer.
Fairbanks Winter Carnival, Feb. 22-24 – Winter Carnival is a Fairbanks tradition. Throw on your boots and gloves and experience some entertaining winter activities. Make sure to close out the weekend by watching the UAF Nanooks play the UAA Seawolves in the final game of the Governor’s Cup.
Denali Winterfest, Feb. 20-25 – Celebrate winter in Denali with an all-ages event that will feature dog sledding, a 5k race, snowshoeing and more. There’s something for everyone!
