For the first time since 2019, the Alaska Railroad will again host its beloved Holiday Train. After a two-year hiatus, the Railroad was eager to announce the return of a cherished family tradition for many Alaskans.
Board the train in downtown Anchorage and get whisked along Turnagain Arm with your holiday cheer and wish lists in hand as jolly old Santa Claus makes a lively appearance.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022 for Saturdays, Dec. 3, 10 and 17, departing at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. – with each ride being two and a half hours long.
