Just in time for summer, Juneau-based guiding company Above and Beyond Alaska added a new multi-sport tour to its lineup: the Fly-In Norris Glacier Hike & Packraft tour.
This is Juneau’s first multi-sport adventure of its kind and allows travelers to experience three quintessential Alaska activities – flightseeing, glacier hiking and packrafting – all in one day. The five-hour tour begins with a scenic floatplane flight, followed by packrafting to Norris Glacier and exploring the glacier by foot with experienced guides leading the entire way.
Whether traveling to Juneau by cruise or plane, travelers should add this tour to their Alaska travel itinerary.
