This summer, Anchorage School District students can jump-start their science, technology, engineering or math careers. ANSEP’s Middle School Academy for ASD students will be held July 31-Aug. 9.
During the two-week component, students live on the UAA: University of Alaska Anchorage campus and participate in hands-on STEM learning activities. Ideal applicants will have finished grade five, six or seven; have a passion for science and mathematics; have at least a B average in science and mathematics courses; and be on track to complete Algebra 1 before entering high school.
