Gluten-free goodies around Anchorage

Restaurants all over are stepping up their gluten-free game, and Anchorage is no exception. Whenever I’m in Anchorage, these eateries and dishes are must-haves:

Moose’s Tooth was voted second-best pizza in the entire U.S., and their gluten-free crust is delicious.

South has a menu with GF marks strewn all over it. The vegan pancakes are miraculously also gluten-free.

Southside Bistro has plenty of fresh Alaska seafood dishes that can be prepared gluten-free. Go while the sidestripes are available, get the prawn & scallops entree and end the night with crème brûlée.
